I take a cod liver oil supplement. I've only used it for a week .and I don't get piplems, and my acne marks are nearly all gone. And yes, I had to go through the whole EVERYTHING YOU'RE DOING WITH YOUR LIFE IS WRONG lecture when I went to the natural foods store >.< but now I feel awesome so I guess she was right :B

I've used a lot products also, from Stridex pads to Proactiv to proresipticn stuff to Clinique and I had moderate to severe acne. I'm using all Burt's Bees products, which is mostly made from natural ingredigents and it is helping quite well. It's a little more expensive than Neutrogena but not as pricey as something from the department store, like Clinique. you should check it out, it worked for me!

Well you dont really need prtdcuos to lessen the amount of acne, but prtdcuos are used to take the ones you currently have away, not stop the acne from appearing. The reason why you keep getting acne is because you are not either: drinking enough water, eating healthy food, and most imporant SLEEPING EARLY. Acne removing prtdcuos only help remove the ones the you have currently but not stop the process of receiving more acne, so I suggest you keep using the prtdcuos but also drinking a lot of water, eating healthy food, and also SLEEPING EARLY. Accutane depletes (takes away) nurittion. and it's the nurittional deficienies are what causes hair loss. If you don't have enough biotin, complex B vitamins (B12, B6, B5, etc ), iron, zinc, and vitamin A, your hair can fall out. make sure youre getting enough eggs (especially the yoke), red meat, calf liver, spirulina, millet into your diet (also, a protein deficiency diet can cause hair loss just make sure you're not getting the majority of your protein from dairy products, because dairy is NOT good for the skin!).(PS: I've heard that rogaine helps to get hair back, if you've lost it already.)If I were you, I'd deal with acne from a different angle. what you eat (your diet) effects skin/acne 100% more than any accutane, medication, or cosmetics will. I went on the raw food (vegan) diet for two months and completely cleaned up my acne!! you don't have to go on the diet, but just eat very healthy (plenty of raw and steamed vegetables) and drink alot of water throughout the day. candida causes acne (the number 1 reason why adults even have it!!) google what candida is, if you don't know yet . people with acne candida should not eat carbs (bread, rice, pasta even if it's whole grain!), also should NOT eat fruits that are high in natural sugar (lemons and limes are good though), don't eat junk food, caffeine or too many nuts . google for more info. what is really good is dark leafy green vegetables, a variety of vegetabels, and sea vegtabels. (ever heard of green smoothies?? recipes on youtube but the less fruit, the better!) aim for low glycemic index foods and alkalizing foods!coconut oil is a great mousturizer and great to eat health benefits.a deficiency in potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin A, and zinc can cause acne! so make sure you have enough of these nutrients in you."acne free in 3 days" by chris gibson it's a MUST READ!!
