If I were a reporter, let's just say I'd get fired. Nothing like a timely story.
This was the scene earlier this week right across the road from our new location.
I heard it, however didn't initially connect the boom with the sirens and the big cloud of black smoke.
As it turns out it was a major chemical (Barton) plant that exploded and shut things down for quite a while. Fortunately no one was seriously injured.
